I love training with Focused PT! I sit at a desk all day, so fitting exercise into my routine is really important to help keep away the Dad Bod! The group training at Focused PT makes this really easy. I like to book my sessions on the app early in the week so that I know I have to go and can’t make any excuses to skip, otherwise they’ll call me up to see where I am. Even with two young kids at home, it has become part of my weekly routine and I really feel the benefit. When there, I know I can just hand myself over to the Focused PT team and I know they’ll make the most of my time and always deliver a great session.
The Focused PT team are really friendly, knowledgeable and fun, and the studio is kitted out with all the equipment you could need. The group sessions (max 4 people) are great fun as there is a really social and community atmosphere, and it is nice to have people to share the pain with, as well as cheering each other on and sharing banter. There is a real mix of abilities, but the classes are small enough so the trainers can tailor the exercises to everyone’s ability and give individual coaching and support. It is basically personal training, but at a fraction of the cost, and I highly recommend it for everyone!
I’ve been training with FPT for about 3-4 months now, it’s a well equipped gym the instructor are first class, you can do small group personal training with groups of up to four or team workouts with groups up to eight. I’m on a transformation program now and the weights falling off, I’m putting on muscle and getting much fitter as well. I’ve tried to get on top of my fitness many times in the past, I’m finding FPT to be the most effective and enjoyable, the instructors and other members are really friendly and as it’s quite small groups you get to know the community quickly. I couldn’t recommend it enough.
